Must Required Skills:

📌 Be the first point of contact for Oracle EBS & Fusion support issues
📌 Participate in month-end closing across Oracle modules
📌 Strong hands-on in SR management, SIT/UAT, and documentation
📌 Experience with third-party integration monitoring and escalation
📌 Proven skills in change management & solution deployment
📌 Conduct training sessions for end-users on new ERP solutions
📌 Solid background in incident, problem, change, and release management
📌 Knowledge of ITIL practices and service delivery governance
📌 Capable of leading performance reporting, risk tracking & CSI initiatives


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery, performance, and continual improvement of Oracle EBS and Fusion-based solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle ERP platforms, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for Oracle EBS & Fusion related Support Issues
  • Participate in Month End Closing of the Relevant Modules in Oracle EBS & Fusion
  • Update of the Oracle SRs on regular basis and provide details to the Team on timely manner
  • Monitors Third Party Application Integrations with EBS and communicate the errors with the Technical Team
  • Participate in the SIT,UAT of New Developments and Document Preparation
  • Manages Change Management and Deployment of the Solutions
  • Conducts training session with the end users on the new solutions.
  • Own and manage end-to-end service delivery for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management activities for the EBS/Fusion landscape.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party performance aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Drive continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Support upgrade projects, patch management, and cloud migration strategies.
  • Track and report performance metrics, risks, and issues to senior management.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide governance and oversight for Oracle EBS and Fusion support models.
