Key Responsibilities: - Oversee ERP implementation across departments (CRM, HR, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Analyse business processes, streamline workflows, and ensure system efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors to align ERP functionality with business needs.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of current ERP and recommend improvements.
- Provide industry best practices for long-term growth and scalability.
- Conduct user training and maintain proper documentation.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Expertise in P2P, O2C Process, HRMS, Payroll, CRM and finance.
