Role:
Daily monitoring of Analytical instrument and Equipment in AD /AMV lab • Execution of External Calibration and Preventive maintenance (AMC / CMC) as per planned schedule • Maintenance of HPLC Shimadzu , Agilent , Gas chromatography Dissolution test apparatus , Stability Chambers etc. • Attending the routine Equipment / Instruments Breakdowns • Coordination with visiting engineers and support • Maintaining Calibration, service and maintenance report • Co-ordination with Lab Analyst / Scientists for breakdowns • Rectification of problems and error reported • Raising Capex / URS for new instruments • Raising PR / Gate pass and follow up for PO and vendor coordination • Checking consumables and procurement of the same • Responsible for trouble shooting, installation & qualification , Area qualification of all laboratory instruments in ADL, AMV & EL lab. • Responsible for maintaining CMC/AMC contracts for all laboratory instruments. • Raise the CAPEX/OPEX request for new instrument. • Coordination with vendor engineer for maintenance and calibration activities. • Maintaining spares / consumables and procurement . • Responsible for all Engineering related QMS documentation and implementation. • Responsible of execution and implementation of SOPs. • Responsible for safety and EHS compliance. • Responsible for execution of project, modification, execution and implementation. • Responsible for maintaining the Hygiene, safety and good environment in the • Facility Maintenance activity & its related documentations • Follow all GMP ,GDP ,GLP, GEP , Safety practices in the work area • Day to day Troubleshooting for Equipment / Instruments chronic issues to resolve. • Taking initiative steps towards Energy saving and Cost control Measures |
