Following is the Job Description:- * Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with UK & US leads. * Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. * Develop project plans OR Validate the project plan given by the outsource vendor * Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. * Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. * Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. * Track project milestones and deliverables. * Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation & presentations. * Generate monthly configuration management report * Validate timesheet of team members * Do causal analysis at the end of each project * Conduct spot audits for all development projects. * Should have worked in .net technologies and managed .net projects. * Good communication skills.
