Job Profile:
1. Working closely with Users and application manager to arrive at Design.
2. Quickly able to grasp application knowledge
3. Mentor the team members to next level
4. Able to plan the activities for self and team members
5. Identify the risks and work with Senior project manager to mitigate those
6. Is able to communicate effectively with customer
7. Would be the in driver seat of the project
8. Keen eye for the details and good planner
Education :
1. B.E/ B Tech & M.E/ M Tech, MCA graduate with 5 - 8 years experience
Mandatory Technical Skills:
1. Good hands on knowledge in Unix shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL design and coding
2. Should have experience in all stages of SDLC in one or more development projects
3. Desirable to have advanced Oracle & PL/SQL knowledge like performance tuning etc.
4. Experience in using and/or deploying Oracle tools like sql loader, Oracle streams, Golden gate etc would be desirable
5. Should have designed applications from scratch
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
