Position Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead Location Mumbai, India Current work experience 2 - 10 years Skills / Experience  Strong experience working with development and QA engineers in global collaborative environment with team members from multiple location  Strong experience in AS400 technologies  Good understanding of RPGLE and CLLE  Good database analysis, design and development skills  Experience with design, development and support of enterprise class software in a team environment  Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Good client interfacing/interaction skills and listening skills  Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline Skills / Experience (preferred)  Good understanding of SDLC processes such as Agile and SCRUM  Good understanding of Change management tool e.g. ALDON  Knowledge/experience with Microsoft and/or Java technologies  HTML and XML development experience  Knowledge/experience with Agile tools such TFS  Overseas work experience preferably at client sites Job / role description  Lead the team of engineers in the software design and development work  Understand CitiusTech's software development and testing processes  Work closely with the team to implement solution as part of the project development team  Perform design and code reviews  Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to perform integration testing and User Acceptance testing  Mentor team members and provide technical guidance  Collaborate with key stakeholders within and outside CitiusTech to provide high quality solution on time IF INTERESTED KINDLY REVERT WITH YOUR UPDATED RESUME ON bhupesh@alchemyjob.com
