MindTree has developed and evolved a comprehensive portfolio of services including consulting, systems integration, the full management of IT and business functions, and 100+ proprietary solutions to serve as clients' full-service provider in improving all facets of their operations Job Location: Chennai Job Details Overview - ODI Lead ; Experience - 6.7 to 8 years, Relevant - 5 + in ODI * Strong knowledge of relational databases * Strong knowledge of SQL * Experience with Oracle Data Integrator * Exposure to Oracle Fusion * Experience in creating data warehouse/marts * Demonstrated experience throughout the full SDLC * Scripting to Query processing, data thinning, compression and Schema optimization * Preferred Skills and Experience: Oracle certification(s) * Proven data analysis skills including analyzing production systems * Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical team members * Effective Architecture and Design, Module level design, Code reviews and Project Documentation * Address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts * Experience in team management, status reporting, project tracking, metrics * Understands application architectures and has good command over module platforms * Can convert business requirements into a design and has the ability to see through the modular issues * Can independently handle modular designs and can also do technical design work * With experience should be able to play the role of module lead and mentor a team of developers in programming and design * Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude The job offers excellent growth prospects and has a promising career to offer you.
