	Job Description
	Job Profile: You will be part of the team developing applications for Banking, Healthcare, Retail and other business lines that will revolutionize the way companies deploy mobile apps for consumers, employees or business use. You will use a mix of Technical Writing concepts and tools expertise to write technical documentation (including technical specifications, installation guide, FAQs, videos and reference documentation) that describe the functionality of mobile vertical products Roles & Responsibilities: Interact with Product Manager/SME during product demos/evaluations to gather information and incorporate in documentation Participate in DDLC and follow the defined documentation process Write, update and edit user documentation for the assigned products, including specifications, developer and installation guides, configuration guide, FAQ document, videos and training materials Interview SMEs, attend project meetings as needed, and manage project hours Ensuring documentation is of high quality and adhere to the standards and guidelines Perform multitasks and follow schedules and meeting aggressive timelines Maintain revisions of existing documents and documentation sets as defined; and closely work with Development, QA & other teams to ensure completeness, style and technical accuracy in documents Communicate documentation status to Documentation Manager Maintain Developer and SharePoint sites Be an individual contributor and also mingle in team-oriented collaborative environment Desired profile: Must Engineering educational background (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) 7-9 years of technical writing work experience required Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Excellent analytical skills (required for research and analysis) Highly motivated self-starter to multi task and meet aggressive deadlines Familiarity with writing standards such as MSTP Experience in video authoring such as Camtasia Studio, Adobe Captivate etc. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, HTML, RoboHelp, SnagIt and Adobe Acrobat Optional Prior experience with a product company is preferred One months notice at the current organization is preferred Have experience in any Programming language and SQL Salary:   INR 7,00,000 - 11,00,000 P.A Role:   IT/Technical Content Developer Role Category:   Other Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance Keywords:   Robohelp, Technical Writing, Camtasia Studio Adobe Captivate
