Candidates should possess the followings skills
Should have 4-8 years of total IT experience.
Minimum 4 years on Oracle Apps 11i. (Should have worked in 11.5.10; R12 will be good to have and an added advantage)
Should have thorough experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms, etc.
Should have worked at-least on one full life cycle implementation
Client facing experience is an added advantage
Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
Should be BE / BTech / BCA / MCA / MCM / MTech/ Msc
Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Should possess team handling experience.
