Should be able to handle simple to complex designs on OAF. Should be able to customize standard pages and create new ones. * Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (At least some of Core HR, OAB, Payroll, SSHR, CWB). * Good SQL, PLSQL and UNIX Scripting Skills. * Knowledge on Coding and Documentation Standards. * Familiar with UK & Australia legislations. * Open to work in Shifts. * Knowledge on Workflows. * Decent Communication Skills and should be willing to take-up challenges.
