Reqt 1).......Functional Consultant
EBS skills:
* Minimum 5 years demonstrable functional experience within with Oracle payables, purchasing, i-expenses, payments, i-proc, AME, Advanced Pricing and OTL modules; and in addition the HR employee form, supervisor/position hierarchies, invoice approval workflow and invoice to purchase order matching
* Superb understanding of the differences between R11 and R12
* In depth understanding of the Oracle Application Architecture in releases R11i/12
* Extensive experience in functional application configuration/setup, change requests and impact analysis solution design and production support.
* Experience of working with middleware and interfaces typically found in the EBS P2P landscape
* Deep understanding of recognized oracle implementation documentation methodologies, e.g. AIM
* Will ideally have implemented Oracle P2P end to end at least twice, with at least one in R12
* Rich understanding of RICEF and customizations
* Solid understanding of SQL and able to write/interpret statements
Reqt 2)......Techno Functional Consultant
EBS and technical skills:
* Minimum 5 years demonstrable techno-functional experience within with Oracle P2P Modules ( Purchasing, iProcurement, AP, Payments)
* Excellent general understanding of Oracle Purchasing processes in R11/12 - this must include AP, I-expenses, PO, I-proc, AME, OTL, Advanced Pricing and the HR shared elements
* Superb understanding of the differences between R11 and R12
* In depth understanding of the Oracle Technical Architecture in releases R11i/12
* Demonstrable experience of Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, Workflow, XML Publisher, SQL loader, Oracle Applications API's, Database concepts, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts and FTP process
* Experience of working with data mapping, data conversions, interfaces and validation.
* Experience of Forms Personalizations - event, trigger and sql based
* Deep understanding of a recognized oracle implementation documentation methodologies, e.g. AIM - MD70
* Will ideally have technically implemented Oracle financials end to end at least twice, with at least one in R12
* Able to Setup, configure, test and validate Oracle eBusiness Application modules and customizations
* Extensive experience in managing and executing the test life-cycle and documentation
* Extensive experience of managing and executing the development and change request life cycle
* Superb understanding of RICEF and customizations
* Excellent knowledge of ADF and OAF
Management skills:
* Capable of managing customer escalations
* Highly capable in maintaining documentation - issue, risks, ticket, logs, etc
* Experience of creating management reports charting progress, issues, risks, etc
