Primary Skills : PL/SQL, XML Reports, OAF, Workflow and Fast Formulas, Core HR, Payroll (must), SSHR and Data Model

A) Level of Experience :
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in IT consulting, of. Should have at least 1-2 Implementation Exp.
B) Job Description :
* A minimum of 3-5 yrs of relevant Technical skills using Oracle tools/applications like PL/SQL, XML Reports, OAF, Workflow and Fast Formulas
* Work as a Technical consultant on Onsite/Offshore implementations.
* Must have Strong product skills in Core HR, Payroll (must), SSHR and Data Model
* Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM
* Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product.
* Project experience on the following areas: Implementation, Customization, Interface & Conversions, Support for Oracle Applications version 11i, 12.1
* Travel Readiness to any region and to take up any assignment (Onsite/Offshore) for any duration.
* Good Communication, interpersonal and Customer handling skills.
C) Other Skills (If Any) :
* Good team-player
* Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
* Quality documentation skills, Willingness/Ability to pick up new skills and domain expertise
* Resource should be self-driven and should be able to investigate, analyze and provide functional solution
