	Must: Strong in Oracle Apps HRMS R12 Technical / Functional Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (At least some of Core HR, OAB, Payroll, SSHR, CWB) Good SQL, PLSQL and Unix Scripting Skills Knowledge on Coding and Documentation Standards Should have at least 4 years of Work Experience in HR Technical domain. Desirable: Technical Skills on OAF on R12. Should be able to handle simple to complex designs on OAF. Should be able to customize standard pages and create new ones Knowledge on Workflows Decent Communication Skills and should be willing to take-up challenges.
