Position Summary: * Experience in managing day to day activities and liaising with onshore requirements/functions. * Extensive knowledge of Oracle Apps Design, Development and Implementation methodology. * Sound knowledge of Oracle Apps RICEW Development * Able to support and guide technical teams for resolution of issues. Mandatory / Required skills: * Good working knowledge of the following Oracle modules: * Oracle HRMS * Self-service HR * Payroll (including fast formulas) * Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) * Extensive experience on Oracle forms, reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle API * Experience in Unix Shell Scripting * Experience of AOL framework, OA framework * Good understanding of R12's Multi Org Access Control and GL Ledger Sets. * Experience in BI Publisher and Discoverer. * Good oral and written communication skills * Excellent client management skills Highly Regarded * Previous experience supporting and/or knowledge of Australian payroll legislation would be highly regarded.
