Ltd. | | Experience: | | 7 to 12 yrs | | Location: | | Hyderabad / Secunderabad | | | | | | Job Description | | | | | Functional experience in Financial modules, specifically R12.1.3: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpense Provide functional expertise in Implementing Oracle Financials R12.1.3 for Global model relating to any of the Financial modules listed Work with clients to perform Fit/Gap analysis Perform requirements gatherings for any Gaps identified Produce business requirements and functional specification documentation for development requests Communicate and collaborate with internal and external design teams to formalize application requirements, while supporting the delivery of the solution Creating visual functional designs (screenshots etc) to demonstrate proposed functionality Review test cases, replicate issues, work with developers to resolve issues; support FA Lead to manage the defect resolution process Analyze application specific metrics to determine trends and troubleshoot issues Ensure adherence to ongoing governance and process standards Provide data setup and module configuration implementation expertise in any of the HR modules listed Identify and resolve functional issues in clients Financials systems Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional problems Create SQL Queries Execute SQL statements Should able to do reports using FSG. 1) Minimum of 7 years Oracle Financials experience. Must have experience in multiple modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpense 2) Oracle Financials R12.1.3 and above experience 3) Thorough understanding of Self Service functional aspects of the application 4) Through understanding of Multi Language, Multi reporting Currency and Multi Organization. 5) Expertise with tax systems like eBTax etc.
Leadership Skills: 1) Communicates clearly and effectively with customers, team members and CedarCrestone management 2) Maintain an effective relationship with customers, team members and management 3) Provide input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity 4) Takes initiative and works independently 5) Builds confidence and trust with customers 6) Displays effective analytical skills 7) Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments 8) Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues 9) Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers
