Job Title: Database Developer Oracle
Job Timings: UK Shift (02:00PM-11:00PM)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Facilities:
- Food (South & North Indian)
- CAB – Only Drop (After 10:00PM IST)
Job Description:
- 3+ years of experience in database design/development in Oracle 11g and MySQL
- Expertise in writing complex PL/SQL queries and stored procedures against very large data sets
- Expertise in Unix shell scripts
- Experience in writing test cases and testing the solution end to end
- Experience in development, integration, deploy, test and maintain technical assets
- Ability to troubleshoot query performance issues
- Guide junior database developers on technical issues
- Research, investigate and evaluate potential database solutions for client needs
- Should have good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Should have participated in internal/external project discussions
- Experience in interfacing with client to gather/understand business requirements and convert them into business requirement document
- Exposure to ETL process
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Ability to quickly learn new business and technical skills in a fast paced client focused environment
- Ability to handle to multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Exposure to project management skills
- Having DBA skills is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
