Notice Period: 30 Days Shifts: should be Flexible to work in shifts.  · 11+ year experience. · R12 experience is must. Must possess very good understanding of AR and AP module. Experience in working in Oracle Financial modules AR/AP/AP/eB-Tax. Experience in FA/CM/i-Exp and India localization modules is a plus. · 2+ full cycle implementation/upgrade of R12. Should know about complete AR setups & AP Setups. · Experience in documentation using AIM methodology or other methodology. · Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of financial business operation flows and accounting. · Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. · Ability to work collaboratively with a team of other business analysts and cross functional peers to meet SLA. · Should be able to work independently and should be committed to the delivery timeline. · Should be able to interact with Customer directly and provide solutions on time. · Excellent communication, and past experience of managing Oracle support for Finance business users.
