JD:
The role holder is responsible for managing the development and design for, primarily on the Oracle/.Net Technology stack.
The individual will provide consultancy, design, development, integration and support professional services at a high technical level and is also responsible for the provision of technology & IT advice and services to clients.
The individual will be responsible for delivering projects in line with Business units processes and policies.
The individual will also provide technical leadership in defining, adopting and maintaining key engineering practices within Business Unit.
Skills:
(1)Oracle DBMS exposure to 10g,11g and 12c
(2)Oracle SOA/PAL technologies
(3)Data modelling
(4)System integration
(5)Solution architecture and design
(6)Team leadership skills
(7)Self-directing and good grasp of communication skills
Experience:
(1)E2E solution design
(2)Has worked and led on medium or very complex projects covering architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
(3)Ideally from a development/analysis background with skills in architecture and design looking to further develop architecture and design experience
(4)Worked on Oracle SOA/PAL integration projects
Conscious we may not get all the skills or experiences, however for deign roles we should focus more on architecture and design skills rather than pure development.
