  Job Description  
 

Job Specifications:-

Business Development Domestic Regions (Payroll outsourcing / Cloud HCM / Compliance)
This role is required to identify and develop new clients in Domestic regions. Leading the Sales activities and establishing/maintaining relationships at all levels. The role would thus be responsible and accountable for the following areas:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for hunting new accounts, building pipeline, book revenues from the Domestic regions.
Formulate & implement short & long term Sales & Marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
Lead from front on strategic sales and marketing planning and trade planning by analysing business, service, competitors and market situations.
Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.
Attend business meetings regularly to understand client's requirement & provide best solutions.
Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up selling activities.
Perform analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management.
Plan, Organize, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new service launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement promotional activity.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

Domestic Sales for Cloud HCM / Manage Payroll and compliance services of Datamatics Financial Services for assigned Territory in India
At least 8 - 12 years of overall experience with majority of them in sales / account management in HRMS / Payroll Outsourcing Industry.
Hardcore sales experience in HRMS / Payroll Outsourcing industry with consistent achievement of new sales targets
Should have exposure to managing existing business and farming of existing account to generate new business
Should be able to manage accounts on his / her own, with ability to cultivate / engage CMOs, Marketing Directors for selling our HRMS and Payroll Product and services.
Should have and be able to use professional / industry contacts
Should have a very good understanding on scoping, pricing.
Hands-on experience in the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.
Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing Clients.
