Aptean is looking for an R&D Manager for one of our product suites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for delivering on team and individual commitments including but not restricted to software releases, development estimates, bug fixes and other commitments including meeting SLAs for maintenance requests and escalations. Provides direction to teams and helps in translating company goals and objectives to team members. Works closely with the GDMs, Program Managers, Product Leaders and members of other teams in order to gather and achieve team tasks. Will be responsible for planning and scheduling of work for the teams. Will play a key role in capacity planning, release planning. Ensure that the team follows all the best practices laid out and has compliance to the defined processes. Needs to be conversant with relevant policies & procedures as applicable.
ELIGIBILITY: 11 - 16years, • Minimum of 5+ years of WMS development experience with a record of taking on increasing technical and functional responsibilities
• Functional knowledge of distribution / warehousing management, operations and processes
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain technology solutions, deployments and strategies
• Functional knowledge of supply chain business processes and integration with warehouse management systems
• Experience building and supporting different integrations to Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
Minimum 3 years in a Managerial role with a good performance record . Strong experience of working with.NET technologies Should be looked up by team members as the go-to person for their area of competence. Should be well-respected by team members and peers. Should have a strong record of coaching and mentoring juniors. Should be a very strong team player with an ability to connect with people in a professional setting. Should have an attitude of taking up ownership and an undiluted focus on getting things done. Should have exhibited decision making skills in their area of control. Should have demonstrated high level of learnability and adaptability to change.

With regard to the online assessment, please find some general information/instructions:
* The assessment has two parts: an untimed Personality Profile and a timed (22 minute) Aptitude section.
* It should take you about 45 minutes to complete both portions of the assessment.
* Aptitude test consists of 50 questions and you would be required to answer in 22 minutes(timer limit)
* The areas covered included:
- Alphabetical series
- Graphical Series
- General English
- Basic Arithmetic
* Do not spend too much time on any one question(As you would be needed to complete all 50 questions to clear the aptitude test).
* There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
* You must answer each question before moving forward(You cannot toggle between questions).
* It is recommended that you move through the assessment at a steady to swift pace. Once you begin the assessment, it cannot be restarted or stopped.
