Role: Project Manager - Oracle Fusion HCM
Location : Chennai
Years of Exp: 10 to 15 Years
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
Job Description & Skill
*Oracle application experience with Expertise in Oracle Payroll, Core HR, SSHR Modules, etc.
*Over 5 - 10 years of experience in IT areas as a Techno functional / Functional in Oracle EBS HCM Apps / Fusion HCM implementations.
*Knowledge with configuration and setups for Oracle HCM Modules like Core HR, Payroll, SSHR Modules etc.
*Experience with software applications, reports, preparing and maintaining Functional implementation documents
*To manage and implement ERP system
*Working with clients, manage overall coordination of client ERP projects, from planning through implementation.
*Set project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverable schedules etc
*Must be detailed orientated and customer focused.
*Must have experience in Process Mapping techniques
*Ability to work/interact with all levels of management and staff
*Good to have Oracle Fusion implementation experience
*Proven leadership ability in leading and driving complex projects.
*Competencies within the HCM domain
*Experience with team management and leadership
*Strong presentation and communication skills
*Proficient in understanding Application Design, Configuration/module setup and documentation of functional documents
*Should have worked of at least 2 - 3 implementations
*Should have worked in Onsite and Offshore model environment
*Team player with positive attitude.
Project Management
* Create and manage project plan and project financials
* Assign CEG people to tasks in AtTask
* Work with the factory team leads to get people assigned to tasks in AtTask
* Manage project issues and risks
* Manage project scope
* Manage client expectations and escalations
Project Communications
* Manage project related communications
* With client - status calls, steering committee, etc
* Drivestream internal - management call, project status, PMO, AMG
* Oracle - FSM, Partner calls
Conduct client sessions
* Schedule and facilitate all client sessions
* Facilitate and conduct project ISP and kickoff sessions
Working with the factory and CEG
* Review, spot check project deliverables
* Provide guidance and clarification to project resources on tasks
* Approve project hours and ensure usage of AtTask for hours and status
