Role
• Strong Java J2EE and Mobility experience
• Project Planning, schedule and scope management.
• Risk identification and mitigation strategy planning.
• Communication with stakeholders and proactive expectation management
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress on weekly and milestone basis.
• Process adherence, leverage industry best practices and standards for development and delivery of projects.
• Formally supervises, coaches, and develops a work group/team
• Ensures own team(s) compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal process
• Coach and guide employees within own team(s)
• Provides strategic leadership related to specific applications and systems, or software-development methodologies
• Exhibit Team leadership, mentor and motivate all around growth, manage team member’s professional aspirations
• Participate in recruitment and organization’s initiatives
All About You
• Experience of managing a Project end to end (Inception, planning, execution, monitoring & control, change management, resource management, quality planning, gate reviews, reporting & communication, corrective & preventive action planning, closure)
• Experience of working in a Scrum or Safe based project
• Strong and effective Written & Verbal communication
• Experience of leading, mentoring technical teams
Note:
1) Job Location - Vadodara, Gujarat
2) Candidate must have total 8 to 14 years. Experienced in Project Management, people Management, and Java Development/Mobile development.
3) Must be working in product based company or should be working on product company projects. EX â€" TCS guy working on Barclay’s project.
4) Little exposure or understanding on cards/ Payment domain/ wallet solution/ Loyalty is necessary.
5) 6) Candidate must be ready to relocate and must have good communication skills.
