Job Description:
• 10+ Years of Experience in Oracle R12 SCM ( Purchasing, Inventory , Order Management, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts & Supplier Life Cycle Management
• Working knowledge on Product Data Hub is an added advantage
o Should have experience in at least 5-6 Implementations or Roll Outs, 3-4 Support Engagements
o Should have good knowledge of Oracle standard processes including integrations
• About 2-3 Cloud SCM implementation experience
o Good understanding and knowledge of overall Fusion SCM Applications and its related cloud services
o Should be well versed with the Oracle Unified Methodology / Full Life Cycle Methodology for Fusion Projects on Cloud or On-Premise
• Should have experience of conducting CRPs, User training, Estimation
• Working knowledge on integrations (e.g. Fin, OTM, WMS,..) are expected
• Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution
• Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality
• Should be able to guide technical team for components within the SCM scope
• Should have good communication & articulation skills
• Experience to guide/mentor delivery teams with artefacts/tools/accelerators & solution perform audits
• SCM Domain education and/or working knowledge is an added advantage
