Role-Project Lead
Job location-Noida
• 8-11 Years experience in Implementing Oracle e-Business Suite R12.1.
• A functional professional experience with 3+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations.
• Must have experience of implementing some combination of Oracle Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS) and Invoice modules.
• Good to have Multi-National Implementation Experience for localization for (Europe & UK)
• Must have experience of defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, practical business solutions, identifying and consulting with clients on business process transformation, optimization and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live and system cutovers.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Note : Candidate must have AP, AR, GL and Cash Management experience

Job Description
· 8 to 11 years of Experience
· The Project Lead is expected to lead a team of functional & technical members to and the monitoring and maintenance of quality, standards as defined
· Establishes and maintains project plans and procedures, standards, and role definitions so that all stakeholders and team members understands the requirements, schedules, and performance expectations of the project
· Holds meetings with customers
· Identifies customer needs and plan accordingly
· Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to customer queries and complaints and taking corrective action whenever needed
· Builds a proficient team of consultants with the skills required for execution of projects and for addressing customer requirements
· Regularly and methodically identifies the training needs of the team members
· Exposure on service delivery
·Team handling exposure(5-10 members)-must
Technical skills:
· Should have done at least one implementations/support exposure in R12
· Should be able support team on technical matters (as expert)
· Should have thorough knowledge on the technical aspects
· Knowledge in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow
· Familiar with document writing and structuring
· Knowledge of essential Software Engineering principles
