EXPERIENCE 8 - 15 yrs Apply Now Reply Dear Oracle Apps Jobs Strong Fusion HCM Functional Lead TechnoFunctional expertise in either of the following modules/applications : - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Service- SaaS - EBS- HR/ Payroll/ SSHR/ OTL and Advanced Benefits EBS Tech Stack skills including in PL/SQL, WF, Reports, OAF, Forms, XML Publisher/BI reports. Minimum 10 Years of overall EBS environment experience and proven expertise in Leading large teams of Functional and Technical engineers on EBS environments (R12 releases and Fusion). Extensive experience in working with and designing/building/maintaining/Supporting complex EBS customizations. Position needs excellent communications and client Interfacing skills. Hands-on SME abilities, demonstrable attributes of 'leading from the front' and 'leading by example' are definitely desirable. Project Management experience is a definite plus. Experience with Mergers/Acquisitions/Divesture scenarios and their handling in EBS environments would be a great advantage. Experience with leading/managing Implementations/Upgrades as well as with ITIL based Functional and Technical Helpdesks (Production Support - L2/L3/L4) would be ideal.
