Key Responsibilities: - Be an active Scrum Team Member to achieve highly available & scalable applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new and innovative features
- Establish standards and best practices to deliver clean, scalable and maintainable code
- Generate bug-free code quickly and efficiently
- Develop use cases, test cases and create automated unit test scripts
- Continuously improving application performance with focus on bug fixing
- Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and exceptional user experience
- Create high-level implementation documents and supports team to create low-level technical documents
- Ability to work with team to define, design and ship new features
- Responsible to identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Essential Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in ANY of these technologies (PHP / Java / Node / Angular / React)

- Good Exposure in Database Design, Performance Tuning, Replication, Multi-Tenants database architecture for Software Service (SaaS) database applications that run in a Cloud environment.
- Individual Contributor having a massive hand on coding
- Strong experience on relevant technologies
- Identify dependencies
- Define interfaces and modules
- Strong UML skills
- Estimate stories, identify dependencies, provide implementation options, able to break the story implementation, enforce best practices, help BA to adjust the scope for timely delivery
- Can lead the scrum team to follow Agile religiously
- Good verbal and written skills
INTERVIEW PROCESS: - HR round to understand experience, role, and expectations (15-20 mins)
- Assignment (Objective and Subjective) (3 days)
- Personal round of interview Technical (4-5 hours)
- Sr. Management round (30 minutes)
