- Head the Shared Services Team. To work with Functional Heads to rollout relevant business operations under shared services. Leverage tools, processes and people to achieve operational and strategic goals. Future proof the team to enable new activities /higher volumes on existing activities to be taken up with speed.

Responsibilities & Duties
⢠Build & execute long term IT strategy for the organisation
⢠Run critical technology projects across all business units with the support of internal and external parties
⢠Management of all IT processes, SLAs and SOPs
⢠Provide project and business operations management expertise
⢠Complete ownership & management of company websites
⢠Management and Supervision of Shared Services staff
⢠Management of shared service processes, catalogue, SLA, SOPs
⢠Managing and overseeing all IT vendor relationships and partnerships; work closely with third-party vendors and contractors to manage and coordinate all projects
⢠Setup Business Continuity processes and Disaster Recovery roadmap for the company
⢠Prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced & changing business environment
⢠Serve as a business partner and technology liaison to internal departments
Work Experience
⢠Minimum of 8 years total experience, majority of which is in building and managing a broad array of technology & IT systems
⢠Experience in a Shared services environment, preferably in a captive/GIC setup
⢠Track record of delivering improvements and efficiencies in business processes operations via use of technology & shared service teams
⢠Experience in use & leverage of ERP and other applications to deliver optimal business output
⢠Track record of successful delivery of shared service projects including implementation of strong governance, protocols, and project controls
⢠Experience in delivery of organisation-wide MIS to support all functions
⢠Experience in managing budgets with inhouse + outsourced teams
⢠Experience with process improvement tools and techniques such as lean, six sigma etc.
