We are looking for Oracle Apps Techno Functional specialist with at least 4 years of work experience in the SCM modules (OM, BOM, Advance Planning, WIP, INV).
Work Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad
Job Description
As an Individual contributor person will be responsible for triaging, SLA bound L2 and L3 customer requests. We are looking for someone who has the experience of supporting/implementing end-to-end solution especially in the financial modules. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills as the job involves interacting with customers from different regions. The candidate must have experience to work in a 24/7 support model.
Candidates having extensive experience in OM, BOM, Advance Planning, WIP, INV. Candidates with knowledge of SOA/ OAF /JAVA in addition to the above are preferred.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have strong technical experience on SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher reports, workflow, Unix and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
- Must be able to work independently with business users and external users and responsible for design, development, Testing support, production deployment and production support.
- Excellent organization and communications skills.
- Creating test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
- Work closely with various Business Partners to deliver high-quality application solutions.
Write detailed technical design documents. - Interacting with Oracle via their formal Metalink SR process in order to secure assistance
and solutions for problems. - Conduct and or participate in requirement/analysis sessions.
- Must be able to work with third party systems and Perform modifications including E- Business suite changes and the maintenance of various application interfaces.
- Must be ready to work in rotational shifts including graveyard shifts.
