Position: Business Planner / Project Manager
Location Bangalore Age 32-40 years
Position Objective & Responsibilities Taking full responsibility for Business Planning for the Firm and Managing all Projects of the Firm as Architects representative..
• Generate weekly / Monthly plans and work allocation of the members of the firm in consultation with Senior Architects and Project Architects
• Own and the Project Map of all Projects undertaken by the firm and communicate the same to all stake holders periodically.
• Conduct monthly meeting of the Project at each site with Client, Consultants, contractors and Architect to evaluate status and take decisions on issues arising from project walk through.
• Coordinate with Consultants / Contractors / Client to ensure Completion of Projects within cost and quality standards
• Give feedback to the design team on design suggestions basis Project experience to continuously improve design standards.
• Communication with all the team members ,
• communication / updates to clients,
• Generating critical paths
• Engaging to minimize critical path impact on overall schedule of tasks
• Intellectual updating of global projects to team members in order of relevance to the work in the studio
• Monitoring and checking the quality of drawings / Work at site and arrange quality testing where required.
• To understand and practice the core values of the practice.
Qualifications B E Engineering from a reputed institute, Degree / Diploma in Project Management
Additional Qualification Candidates having experience as Project Manager for complex projects and different typologies will be preferred
Experience Experience in dealing with multiple consultants and managing projects is important.
Hands on experience of using MS Projects / Primavera or equivalent from end to end of the project involving multiple Consultants / agencies is critical
Experience in a MNC preferred
