We have an urgent opening for "Senior Manager - Business Development" for Mumbai Location. We are on a lookout for candidates having experience selling HR Software Product / Services or Group Medi-Claim Policy for a Product Based IT Company having offices all over the world. I am mentioning the JD and other details below for your reference:
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and exceed growth oriented revenue goals and objectives 
  2. Lead and manage the full sales cycle for HR Business Process Outsourced services, for the region  
  3. Participate in formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategies for the region  
  4. Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract documents 
  5. Lead the RFI/P/Q processes for the region 
  6. Communicate & interact with internal teams in creating solutions and contract closure 
  7. Sales forecasting and managing pipeline in sync with the organisation’s expectations 
  8. Use and implement Sales Training and Development tools and processes 
  9. Initiate, maintain and grow strong ties with CXOs of prospective companies and clients 
  10. Proactively identify and communicate market trends, issues and information on market expectations and competition 

Skill Set Sought:
  1. 10+ years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development  
  2. Experience in Business to Business Selling, preferably from the HRO such as Payroll, HRMS etc. / Recruitment / IT / Telecom / Banking & Financial Services sector 
  3. Well connected with CXOs 
  4. Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration is required referred 
  5. Strong Negotiation management skills 
  6. An effective persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management and presentation skills 
  7. Inclination to understand technology based solutions  
  8. Must have strong analytical capability and sound knowledge of MS Office  
  9. Strong orientation in understanding business environment, client’s needs and organisation’s strategic growth 
  10. Enthusiastic and excellent people skills with strong integrity and ethics
