Job Title Business Analyst (HR , Admin )

Job Description: • Ensure that Requirements are captured “First Time Right” from the user and translated into cost effective, efficient TO-BE processes by reducing process redundancies and deficiencies
• Review understanding document and functional specification document and provide feedback to vendors
• Provide Functional support for issues encountered in production
• Ensure UAT's are conducted in a through manner and the same translates to quality deliverables
• Prepare test plans to ensure complete system functionality is tested
• Document the test data along with the test results to ensure resolution of the error and its impact on any other related functionality
• Obtain the requisite sign-offs from audit/user/technology/ISG for the change/patch/bug fix to be moved to production
• Ensuring necessary system / operational controls are laid down in order to ensure zero defect rollouts
• Provide resolution / workarounds to user teams to implement periodic changes recommended by Audit / Regulatory agencies
• Ensure Over all functional support for enhancement, errors & maintenance of Regulatory reporting systems
• Analyze & report bugs, enhancements / data cleanup in various systems to improve the functioning of the applications and ensure correct reporting
• Project lifecycle activities from concept, product UAT, Implementation by facilitating tracking, coordinating and reporting project activities to meet business deadlines and complying to IT governance policies and processes
Required Profile
  • Prior experience in banking products/industry
• Functional knowledge of implementing Projects in Retail Banking, HR , Admin experience is a plus
• Domain knowledge of either
o HR , Adminstration, PAD is preferred,
• 2- 3 years experience in similar job role preferably implemented Core HR platform in an IT position
• Overall Experience of 7 yrs +
• Hands on knowledge of SQL / Excel
• Experience in back end validation and reconciliation techniques
• Knowledge of SDLC and Project management
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to articulate complex processes
 Techno Fuctional- 60to80% Technical.
