Competency Management
· Identify the core competencies and job-specific competencies for the workforce
· Identify the gaps in employee’s skill and consult the employee’s manager to prioritize training actions
· Design, Plan & Deliver trainings to address skill-gaps
Design and delivery of Technical Training programs
· Design and develop training programs to meet business needs
· Plan and publish training calendar
· Execute Trainings as per the plan
Content Development
· Develop technical training content for delivery of Instructor
· Develop / Curate e-learning content for implementing self-paced learning solutions
· Exposure to e-learning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate, etc.,
· Work with SMEs to design, develop & review technical training curriculum / content
Evaluate of Training effectiveness and make improvements
· Review Participants’ feedback and performance in Assessment
· Work with SMEs to improve the training content
· Work with Trainers to improve the training delivery
Technical & Behavioral Skills
· Java Full Stack Web development
· AWS or Azure Cloud Native Application development
· Android / iOS development
· Some level exposure to Cognitive technologies such as Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, etc., is desirable
· Exposure IT Infrastructure Technologies such as Wintel, Networking, Unix & DBA is an added advantage
· Proven ability to develop influential relationships for exceptional results which have high impact on business capabilities and success
· Understands business issues, the competitive environment and the implications for human capital management
· Demonstrates sense of urgency and displays flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements
· Excellent oral, written communication & presentation skills
· Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development
