Offshore owner for Service Improvements and Master Activities Tracker Leads Offshore team on coordination, communication and execution of key activities Reviews and creates RCA for known issues for prevention and reduction of incidents Maintain Shift roster in consultation with Ops Lead As one of the SMEs from Offshore, drive P1/P2 calls Review and maintain SOPs for frequently performed tasks Assist Team on Complex incidents and incidents approaching SLAs Identify Resource skill gaps and Training needs for the Team Streamline DBA processes using automation, reuse and best practices Assist Ops Lead in Operational Metrics reporting Regards, Nithya Is this job relevant to you?
