Job Description: • Production databases are maintained to the highest possible levels ensuring minimal downtime and maximum availability of services to the Business. • Install, configure, upgrade and monitor databases to ensure optimum performance • Advance query development, schema changes, database maintenance and optimization • Manage and execute patching and upgrades • Implement & manage mirroring, replication, disaster recovery and data integrity checks • Manage database security and integrity, availability, backup, restore and recovery systems • Monitor database system resources and performance ensuring that they meet agreed SLA’s. • Ensure monitoring processes including logging are well maintained and acknowledged. • Direct database architecture reviews and participate in code reviews providing insight for leveraging database capabilities • Communicate regularly with management on database performance, with recommendations for maintenance and performance • Interface with vendors for product information, maintenance and the timely resolution of escalated problems • Perform disaster recovery planning, implementation and testing • Assist with managing pertinent licensing information/agreements Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Database products including: • SQL Server 7, 2000, 2005, 2008, 2012, 2014 • SQL Server Enterprise Manager • SSRS/SSIS/MSBI with ITIL Contact : Saranya Mail : saranya.sakamuri@in.experis.com You are receiving this e-mail because your profile contained one or more of the following words that the recruiter searched on: " SSIS ", " MSBI ", " ITIL ", " sql dba " Is this job relevant to you?
