Job Description : 1. Lead, mentor and manage a team of technical SMEs. 2. Able to drive standardization and adoption of framework and tools for  Company Product Team. 3. Evaluate new & emerging technologies, frameworks and tools advising how the team can adopt them. 4. Works closely with the CTO to define Company Tool, frameworks and an overall technical strategy. 5. Work closely with a team of SMEs that would contain Could Engineer, UI Designer, Technical Designer and potentially Database Expert and DevOPS Engineer ensuring that they have the capability and bandwidth to support all product execution. 6. Provide technical guidance and leadership to Operational Delivery team in building the right solution/product. 7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  8. Good programming skills either in Java or .Net (Preferably Java) 9.
