BBP Supply - SCFD/ BUDGET
• Plan monthly/ yearly country Actual, budget, LE
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all related policies and procedures
• BOPS Variances - Zonal level
• Deliver overall input data to calculate overall BOPS Performance estimates.
• Provide agreed reporting (ex. Flexible budgets enabling Acct. Stand. Variance analysis.
• Provide SCFD KPI inputs and analysis
• Provide agreed management reporting and reconciled SCFD / Cognos reporting requirements.
• Validate business case analysis and forecasts.
• Manage and validate 1 year plan product costing process, calculations for VIC.
• Analysis and Reporting at Brewery level
• Provide all management reporting and deliverables related to the BBP business cycle and to the Supply PPM cycle_e.g. State of Business (BBP), Preliminary results by plant on SCFD (PPM), etc
• Have E2E knowledge of each role
• Analysis of performance drivers using SCFD, including drill down into feeders systems.
• Review actual results and key variances against budget
• Communication of eventual corrections in financial results.
• Turn variance analysis into (corrective) business action plans.
• BOPS Country business update: input of key business facts.
• Fix any issue within the scope
• Work on the consolidation reports and have the control over all the countries within that particular region
• Manage and validate product costing process & calculation guidelines, for VIC.
Education and Experience
• University degree in Finance & Accounts and related field required/ Post Graduate in Finance/ ICWA/ CA
• 8-11 years experience in Finance area or related fields (budgeting methods e.g. financial reporting, general accounting and consolidation practices)
• Product Costing, Transfer pricing, Supply chain Financial data - Added advantage
