Currently our client is looking for Oracle Apps Sr. Business Systems Analyst to be located at Pune.
Responsibilities:
Currently we are looking for Oracle Sr. Business Systems Analyst with experience in Oracle Financial, Service Contracts and Order Management modules.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with Business users, Management and Analysts to understand the business and functional requirements.
Work closely with the business users, team management and development team to continuously improve and meet delivery metrics.
Functional expertise in more than one primary Oracle EBS module is desirable.
Ensure SDLC, development standards and quality guidelines are adhered to, in all the phases of the development and unit test cycles.
Exhibit flexibility in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced IT environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Number of Years of Work Experience: 8-10 years of functional analyst experience in Oracle Apps focused on Oracle EBS architecture, design and development in a multi-shore environment.
Proven experience in implementing large-scale full life cycle (Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development and Testing) projects in Oracle EBS Applications modules.
Extensive experience in requirements capture and functional specifications and overall management of the functional team
High level understanding of integration points between enterprise systems like SFA and Oracle ERP is a plus.
Prior experience in software design, development, implementation and support using Oracle technologies.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to independently work as a functional analyst
- Requirement gathering,
- As-Is documentation, Business Process Mapping
Application configuration/setup for Oracle Order Management, Service Contracts and Finance Modules.
Conference room pilot testing, unit testing, and integration testing. Test script preparation.
Knowledge of different development methodologies used with Oracle development projects.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate functional and technical issues and lead efforts to resolve problems.
Validate Requirements, develop effort estimates and suggest alternatives including solution approaches that minimize customizations to installed applications.
Ability to manage and review work with development team members.
Ability to influence others to achieve results and timely delivery.
Coordinate with support team to resolve technical issues.
Capable of leading, organizing and prioritizing development related IT initiatives.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
Flexibility, business acumen, and a collaborative attitude.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Oracle EBS functionality, technical stack and Technical team management.
