Job Details :   Exp- 7 to 13 Years • Must be a graduate in commerce, CA, ICWA qualified is added advantage. • Successful candidate should have a minimum of 7-8 year’s relevant experience in F&A domain, leading team of 20 to 40. • Flexible to work in night shifts (US) • Should have experience in F & A R2R, P2P and O2C process • As a Team manager individual shouls have end to end understanding of O2C, P2P and R2R process. • Should play effective role in process transformation, automations and elimination of non value adding steps in the process. • Candidate should know reconcilitions, Journal entries prepartion, Fixed Assets and payroll. • Candidate should know Invoice processing, Payment run, query management. • Candidate should know Cash Apps, Billing and adjustments. • Supervisory/Management responsibilities and oversee BAU on a daily basis. • As an Team Manager should manage the client proactively with timely deliverables • Ensure that the team has necessary people, skills, knowledge and tools to deliver the appropriate level of service and Operational Metrics as defined for the process. • Ensure effective monitoring of staff attendance, performance and minimize concerns/issues. • Conduct regular One on One meet with the team and address concerns if any. • Monitor and record the team's monthly performance and produce reports to reflect this, to identify trends and implement action plans for improvement and cascade information to the concerned. • Perform Monthly & Annual Performance Reviews for team. • Create and maintain Business Continuity Plan. • Prepare and present weekly & monthly dashboards. • Ensuring the compliance with ISO requirements Salary : Best in Industry + Other Allowance Interested candidate can send their Updated Resume to “Swatisuman@whyflexhcs.com” For any other quires contact Mobile No:+91-80-49219921.
