Position: US CPA Academic Manager (Full Time - In office)

Job Overview:

Miles Education is looking for a passionate and experienced CPA Instructor to lead academic programs and contribute to student success. The role involves content development, classroom training, student counseling, academic coordination, and fostering relationships with institutions and corporates.


Key Responsibilities:

Academic Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance learning materials, including notes, flashcards, and question banks.
  • Conduct offline, face-to-face training sessions from Monday to Saturday.
  • Deliver engaging lessons across core CPA topics: Financial Accounting & Reporting (FAR), Regulation, (BAR), and Auditing (AUD).
  • Facilitate in-house training programs.
  • Coordinate academic activities with both students and the internal team to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Student & Institutional Engagement:

  • Provide comprehensive student support, including assistance with online Learning Management Systems (LMS), study resources, and exam strategies.
  • Guide prospective and enrolled students through counseling sessions to support their academic and professional aspirations.
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate partners and academic institutions to foster growth and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CPA qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in MNCs, Big 4 firms, or teaching roles.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and career development.
  • Interest in contributing to Miles Educations vision of empowering students and professionals with industry-relevant skills.
