We are hiring for a Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist / Oracle Fusion Specialist. Please find the below JD:
About Role Position: Oracle Fusion Cloud Specialist Functional
Mode: Permanent role - Hong Kong Payroll company: With Outworks Solutions Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage data and provide technical support on Oracle Fusion Cloud platform for Financial, Project, Procurement, SCM, etc.
- Perform quarterly release regression testing and/or partner with key business super users to complete the regression testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, set up, performance, and functionality.
- Analyse and diagnose problems, develop solutions, and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Manage support tickets through their entire lifecycle, from initial contact to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to relevant personnels on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and best practices.
- Provide clear and concise explanations to Business Users regarding technical issues and solutions via phone, email, online meetings or in person.
- Participate in project implementations and upgrades as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications support or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Financials, Procurement, Project Management, SCM, etc.
- Fast learner. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation is preferred.
- Experience with OTBI, BIP, SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and web services is preferred.
