Summary: Were hiring Project manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP / E-Business Suite implementation programs, working closely with global customers, functional and technical teams, and senior leadership. The Project Manager will be responsible for project governance, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution across project phases from Initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end governance and production support operations for Oracle SaaS/Fusion applications and related platforms and implementation. - Establish and govern support processes including incident, problem, change, release, and service request management. - Drive service reviews, operational governance meetings, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
- Drive root cause analysis, issue prevention, support stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Monitor SLA performance, support metrics, backlog, service quality, and operational risks. Required Experience: - Proven track record of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS implementations - 10+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects and SCM Projects or HCM. - Proven experience in managing application production support, governance, or service delivery teams. - Strong knowledge of ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, release, and service management. - Experience in stakeholder management, vendor governance, and executive communication. Education: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - MBA preferred (not required) Preferred Qualifications - Experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud support environments - ITIL and/or Oracle certifications - Experience with managed services and global delivery models
