Experience Level: 3 - 8YRS Job Location:Pune/Mumbai Skills - Oracle Apps Functional knowledge and experience in * Compensation and Benefits (Elements / Salary / Fast formulas ) * Payroll processing * Leave and Absence management * Costing * Organizational Structure / Jobs and Positions / People Type * Knowledge of UK Legislative specific Payroll processes will be an added advantage Apart from the above modules specific skills, the candidate should have the experience in * Gap analysis * Creation of functional design documents with proposed Solutions for the identified gap * Creation of integration test scripts15.
