Primmary Skill:
OM/OTC Cycle, Advanced Pricing, INV, BOM, PL/SQL, Reports, Apps Architecture, AOL
Description:
Prospective consultant must be having around 4 to 8 years of experience working in a production support 24X7 environment consisting of shifts by rotation. He/She should have good techno functional knowledge in Order to Cash cycle (OM cycle end to end) with good knowldege on base tables, table relations, interfaces. It will be an added advantage if the candidate has experience working on support projects earlier. Should have strong knowledge in PL/SQL, Reports and AOL with any techniques in tackling, debugging and resolving performance related issues for programs typically in Apps environment. Apps architecture and fundamentals must be very clear. Candidate should be 30% Functional and 70% Technical. Should be aware of Support jargons like SLAs, ticketing system for issues reported in production environments. Must be willing to work in shifts and 24X7 support. Candidate is also expected to have good knowledge in INV and BOM.
