Type Of Employment: -Full Time Employment Job Description * This position will be responsible for Application Development in the Oracle CRM (Sales, Service Contracts, Install base), Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and System Administration. * Experience with other non-Oracle Application products is a plus . * Have a vision and understanding of future technologies and ensure that the organization is at the leading edge from a technical perspective. * Must demonstrate a strong understanding of Oracle ERP/CRM. Knowledge of architecture and data structures for a broad range of applications would be valuable. * Must demonstrate good business judgment when evaluating solutions and prioritizing projects. * Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal ability. * Ability to manage and plan in a fast paced environment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. * The candidate must have at least 3 years experience. * Excellent Technical and Functional Knowledge of Oracle ERP and CRM modules - Sales, Service contracts, Install base, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, System Administration. * Customizing/Extending Oracle Applications. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong PL/SQL. * Oracle Developer (Reports, Forms). * Oracle Designer * Work flow Builder. * AOL * Alerts * OA Framework * Form Personalization * Experience with Oracle Apps R12 is required.
