We are currently looking out for the following resource to join us: Asst Manager/Manager- HRIT (Business Consultant) Location- Corporate office, Trivandrum * Solid understanding of HR Process Life Cycle * Analytical skills to design process flow of HR processes * Development of employee Life cycle software * Hands own experience in executing HRMS implementation [Preferably People Soft or Oracle HRMS or SAP - Any other package will also do] * Experience in gathering requirements from client functions, creating document of process flow, liaison with vendor and execution of UAT * Good interpersonal skills to deal with professionals from various discipline, collate information and lead the project to logical conclusion * Experience in project management * Experience as Business analyst is desirable Experience - I-5 to 10 years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in core implementation of project in HR domain II-Preferably should be having some IT background If you are interested to join us for the above said position, do mail us your updated resume to marsha@muthoot.com with the post applied for and location.
