Experience : Should have around 4.5 years to 9 yrs (relevant experience in Apps)years of relevant experience in Oracle Applications * Should have good expertise in PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Forms, AOL concepts, Custom.pll, XML Publisher, Workflow and Discoverer. * Competent in Report development / Forms Development and Interfaces. * Should have expertise and experience on any of the following modules like *Financials (or) SCM (or) Discrete (or) Manufacturing (or) Distribution (or) OPM (or) ASCP (or) HCM (or) HRMS (or) CRM * Exposure to R12 will be an added advantage. * Must have the ability to work independently and as a team player. * Should be Proactive and have analytical thinking abilities. * Should be able to work independently (whenever the requirement demands) * Should be willing to travel onsite ( Short term / Long term ) * Whenever any additional skill is required, should be willing to learn and scale as per the project needs. * Should have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, customer handling skills. * For leadership positions, Prior team handling experience is essential.
