Job Summary:
KBACE is seeking bright, diligent people to join their consulting organization. Candidates should have a successful track record working with Oracle e- business suite for Implementation of Oracle Applications and technology. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible for the development of Oracle based custom applications, interfaces, reports, and data conversions.
Strong previous experience developing solution to business requirements that require working with forms, reporting, PL/SQL packages/procedures based programming for data conversions and interface development required.
Also desired is experience with Oracle Workflow Builder and developing new workflow and/or modifying existing workflows in either an Oracle Application or pure Oracle Technology environment.
Must be highly knowledgeable in the underlying Oracle Technology Stack and Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to E-business Suite module schemas/products, standard (API's) application program interfaces, data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion, interfaces, reporting and development. Experience in Oracle Application Framework /ADF/BPEL.
Typical project responsibilities of a Senior Consultant include:
* Experience in developing solution to business requirements that require working with UI, reporting, PL/SQL packages/procedures based programming for data conversions and interface development required.
* Experience with SDLC and best practices
* Experience with blended(onsite/offshore) delivery model
* Experience with configuration and delivery management tools
* Experience with AIM templates and methodology
* Experience with planning and estimation of deliverables Interacting with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversions programs, and application extensions;
* Providing status and issuing reports to the Project manager on a regular basis;
* Creating technical design, reviewing test scripts, creating code packages, performing peer reviews and unit testing.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree-Engineering /Tech/ Masters in computer applications (MCA)
* 5+ years Experience with the Implementation of Oracle Applications e business suite in HCM Oracle Applications
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Experience working both independently and in a team environment.
* Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Possess excellent Learning Capability
* Flexible and adaptable to learning new technologies
