• Research, write, publish and maintain high-quality documentation and online content, and ensure material is accessible and available to customers.
• Investigate customer and partner use cases, support statistics, and documentation usage metrics to focus priorities and develop documentation solutions.
• Participate in all aspects of documentation development, from product planning through product release.
• Work with other Enterprise teams to investigate and develop tools and processes to continually efficiency and user accessibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 12 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience writing technical documentation in a production environment for an external technical audience
