Strong Project management experience 3. Prior experience of handling a team of minimum 10 resources, he needs to handle a team of 23 resources in this project 4. Strong verbal and written communication 5. Responsible for project deliverables 6. This is maintenance project, 24X7 7. Single point for customer on all immediate escalations on team performance 8. Responsible for managing client and bring goodwill to ICS for future engagements Technical – Oracle 1. Good experience on SQL, PL/SQL – Minimum 5 years 2. Strong on performance and tunning – have prior experience on indexes, bulk-loading, hints, query optimizer, explain plan 3. Strong on writing, procedure, packages, triggers and functions 4. Understands cursors, exceptions, set operators, joins 5. Must have Data Warehouse experience – a. Experience on modeling star schema b. Experience on modeling snow-flex schema c. Good experience on ETL Technical – DataStage 1. Good experience on DataStage (minimum 3+ years) 2. Strong on performance and tunning the ETL jobs 3.
