Job details: * Senior HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Apps R12 HCM modules * Deep delivery experience in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll & OTL is required * Ability to engage with Business stakeholders, understand business process/requirements and provide solutions * Should be able to conduct CRPs, communicate solution to the business and technical people. * Functional experience in requirement analysis, Business Process analysis, Gap analyses, Configuration, Functional solutions, testing, cutover, Data Migration, Conversion * Technical experience in oracle applications is a must. * Must be able to write Payroll Formulas, API Hooks and Pl/Sql Programming Units * Should be able to write / Setup Time Approval Formulas, Timecard Layout.
