Instead, services are primarily provided by the subsidiaries of Deloitte LLP, including: Deloitte & Touche LLP Deloitte Consulting LLP Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP Deloitte Tax LLP Production Support * Leverages subject matter expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause * Coordinates issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required * Effectively coordinates and communicates issues resolution with end-users * Correlates related production issues and assesses trends to identify broader improvement opportunities * Extends technology support internationally to support global business operations Technical * Perform Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) configuration and systems integration job functions. * Interact with external system analysts to resolve integrated system issues. * Provide solutions and implement new changes to an existing productions instance of OTM 6.2 * Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript, Java codes * Configure OTM product and write complex Agents/workflows to support the business needs * Develop, lead and execute test cases in multiple environments, and manage configuration migration between the same. * Develop end user training documentation * Lead integration testing for application version and release upgrades. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create reporting and interface functional design documentation. Desired Skills & Experience * 2+ Years Oracle OTM Experience with experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM 6.2 experience desirable) * 2+ Years of Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience. * Excellent understanding of OTM - XMLs (TransOrder, ShipmentStatus, etc.) * Exposure to Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript and JAVA based applications/products from a technical stand point * SOA experience will be a plus * Experience in Implementation, Support and Maintenance projects in a client facing role * Intermediate knowledge of relational databases * Intermediate knowledge of SQL and XML * A solid understanding of process design and organizational change management methodologies. * Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills Is this job relevant to you?
